Privacy Policy
At openclaw.gitdeal.com, we specialize in the secure deployment of autonomous AI. Your privacy and the security of your local machine are our absolute priorities. This policy explains how we handle your data during our professional setup services.
We collect only the information necessary to facilitate your setup: your name, contact details (LinkedIn/Email), and technical specifications of your hardware (OS, RAM, Node.js version) to ensure a smooth installation process.
Zero-Knowledge API Policy: We never store, transmit, or view your LLM API keys (e.g., Anthropic or OpenAI). During our 1-on-1 deployment session, you enter these keys locally on your own machine. We will never ask you to share these keys with us via chat, email, or screen-share.
Local Data Sovereignty: OpenClaw is a local-first application. All logs, file interactions, and chat histories generated by your agent reside strictly on your hardware. We have no remote access to your agent's activity once the setup is complete.
Security During Setup: For remote deployments, we use secure, end-to-end encrypted screen-sharing tools. You maintain full control of your mouse and keyboard at all times and can terminate the session instantly if you have any concerns.
Third-Party Services: While we configure your connection to messaging gateways (Telegram/WhatsApp) and AI providers, your relationship with those providers is governed by their respective privacy policies. We do not have access to your messages or accounts.
Your Rights: In accordance with the UK Data Protection Act and GDPR, you have the right to access, update, or delete the personal contact information we hold. You can exercise these rights at any time by reaching out via LinkedIn.
We reserve the right to update this policy to reflect new security best practices as the AI agent ecosystem evolves. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
By booking a professional setup session, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This policy is effective as of February 6, 2026.
