1.Introduction

Welcome to OpenClawEasy Setup at gitdeal.com. These Terms and Conditions govern the professional technical deployment services provided for the OpenClaw open-source software. By booking a setup session, you agree to these terms in full.

2.Nature of Service

We provide independent technical consultancy and 'white-glove' installation services for the OpenClaw agent. We are not the developers of the OpenClaw open-source software. Our service is limited to configuration, security hardening, and operational training.

3.User Responsibility & Safety

OpenClaw is an autonomous agent capable of executing code and managing files. You acknowledge that you are the sole operator of the agent. You agree to monitor the agent's actions and maintain 'human-in-the-loop' protocols as taught during the setup session.

4.API Usage and Costs

The £199 service fee covers the technical installation only. You are responsible for all third-party costs associated with LLM providers (e.g., Anthropic, OpenAI). We are not liable for any unexpected API charges incurred by the agent’s activity.

5.Privacy and Security

We prioritize your security. During the setup, API keys are entered locally on your machine. We do not store, see, or transmit your private keys or personal data to our servers. All agent activity remains local to your hardware.

6.Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the configured agent for any unlawful, unethical, or malicious activities. Any misuse of the agent to infringe on the privacy or security of others is strictly prohibited.

7.Payments and Refunds

The setup fee of £199 is due prior to the session. Because this is a time-intensive professional service, refunds are not provided once the technical deployment has been successfully completed and the agent is functional.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the agent's actions, including but not limited to file loss, system errors, or financial expenditures made by the autonomous agent.

9.No Guarantees

While we ensure a professional and hardened setup, we cannot guarantee the specific performance, accuracy, or 'intelligence' of the underlying AI models provided by third parties.

10.Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
